Hi, I’m Karen Norwood, a trauma-informed bodyworker and founder of Mind Your Body. I specialize in supporting those healing from sexual trauma, betrayal, and religious or spiritual trauma. My focus is helping people reconnect with their bodies through safe, intentional touch and somatic work. With over 20 years of experience and a background in massage therapy, I’ve seen how powerful bodywork can be when it’s rooted in compassion and emotional safety. I aim to create a space where you feel deeply seen, supported, and free to heal at your own pace. Hi, I’m Mia Vasquez, a licensed esthetician and founder of Vasquez Esthetics. I believe that caring for your skin is an act of healing and self-connection. My focus is on creating a calm and nurturing space where clients can relax, restore balance, and leave feeling both confident and renewed. I specialize in mature and sensitive skin, redness, acne scarring, and inflammation. Each facial is customized to support the skin’s natural barrier and overall well-being. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable and cared for while achieving real, lasting results. I approach every treatment with intention and compassion, blending effective techniques with a gentle touch.
