We all experience trauma in our lifetime, the ability to fully heal from it may not be as common. SE is a body oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disorders.This method releases traumatic shock which is key to transforming PTSD and the wounds of emotional and early developmental attachment trauma. This gentle approach differs from talk therapy in that, what actually happened, isn't as important as how and where you feel it in your body. This training has been a natural progression for me as that I see people with many traumas daily. Although massage can help to alieviate pain, SE can get to the root of where the traumatic memory is being stored.
